This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any legal action concerning this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the Republic of Seychelles. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Topstoy Pulse may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement at any time without notice.
